About

A graduate of the Institute of International Relations and National Security Studies (2000). Ph.D. in Political Science (2004). Vice-Director for Academic Research and International Cooperation at the Institute of International Relations, University of Warsaw (since 2008); Lecturer at the Institute (since 2004); Analyst at the Polish Institute of International Affairs – Foreign Policy Studies (2006-2008). Hosting Lecturer at the Diplomatic Academy in Warsaw and at the Human Rights School operating under the auspices of the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights. Expert at the European TUNING Programme (2009-2010).
