A graduate of the Institute of International Relations, Faculty of Journalism and Political Science, University of Warsaw (2000) and the Institute of Developing Countries, Faculty of Geography and Regional Studies, University of Warsaw (2005). Ph.D. in Political Science (2004). Assistant Professor at the Institute of International Relations.

Areas of Expertise and Research Interests

Internal exile, issues of developing countries (including international development assistance), individual criminal liability in international law (criminal justice system for individuals), international intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), international political migrations (especially issues concerning IDPs and refugees), international justice system (the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, the International Criminal Court, the Special Court for Sierra Leone), conflicts in East Africa (especially in Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo).
