International Conference titled Good Neighbourhood Treaties of Poland after 1990. Good Neighbourhood and the Challenges of Migration.

We are honored to welcome Your participation during the International Conference titled Good Neighbourhood Treaties of Poland after 1990. Good Neighbourhood and the Challenges of Migration, Warsaw, February 22, 2018. The conference is organized within the framework of a project carried out at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies of the University of Warsaw and in cooperation with the European Migration Network.

The topic of the conference concerns bilateral treaties on good neighborliness signed by Poland and its neighboring states after 1990. The purpose of this roundtable is to analyze the consequences of the treaties on good neighborliness for Poland and its neighbors. This will be done with a particular emphasis on the challenges arising from the treaties implementation. The prospects for further bilateral cooperation will also be presented. The genesis of mutual relations will be explored as well as contemporary challenges in various areas will be identified, such as issues of security and migration and others.
