A graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Wrocław (1969). Ph.D. in Political Science (1976). D.Litt. in Political Science (1991). University of Warsaw Professor since 1997. Employed at the Institute of International Relations since 1976. Head of the Section of Law and International Institutions. Coordinator of MA Studies in International Relations. Professor Ordinarius since 30 December 2009

International law, particularly human rights; culture in international relations; social issues in international relations
