About

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the Political Military Academy in Warsaw. M.A. in Economics (1982); Ph.D. in Economics (1987); D.Litt. in Economics (1995). Professor at the National Defence University in Warsaw (1995-1998), the University of Podlasie in Siedlce (1997-2002), the School of Economics and Administration in Kielce (2000-2007). Professor Extraordinarius at the Institute of International Relations since 2002.

Areas of Expertise and Research Interests

Political economy of national security, defence planning, balance of power in the international arena, national power and methods of measuring it, strategic studies, research methodology in international relations, ethics and politics of business, public sector economics.
